You need an OmniHero account and an Amazon Web Services (AWS) account with SES access. Sign up, connect your AWS credentials in Settings, verify a sending domain, and you're ready to send.

Most users are set up in under 15 minutes. The main steps are creating your account, connecting AWS, and verifying your sending domain via DNS records. OmniHero provides the exact records to add.

OmniHero currently uses an HTML editor with live preview. Basic HTML knowledge is helpful, but you can paste in templates from any email template builder. A drag-and-drop editor is on our roadmap.

Amazon SES is one of the most reliable and cost-effective email delivery services available. At $0.10 per 1,000 emails, it's dramatically cheaper than bundled email platforms — and its deliverability is trusted by companies of all sizes.

Automatically. SES sends bounce and complaint notifications to OmniHero via webhooks. Hard-bounced addresses are flagged immediately and excluded from future sends. Complaint addresses are suppressed. This protects your sender reputation without any manual intervention.

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that's automatically injected. When a contact unsubscribes, they're immediately excluded from all future sends. If you've set up email categories, contacts can manage their preferences instead of unsubscribing entirely.

OmniHero handles DKIM and SPF authentication, which are critical for inbox placement. Combined with automatic bounce and complaint management, your sender reputation is continuously protected. Deliverability ultimately depends on your content and list quality, but OmniHero gives you the best technical foundation.

Your data is stored securely on our servers within the EU. We do not share, sell, or provide access to your contact data to any third party.

Yes, at any time. You can export your contact lists as CSV files from the Data section. Your data is always yours.

OmniHero is designed with privacy in mind. We provide tools for consent management, one-click unsubscribe, preference centres, and data export. Contact deletions are tracked with a full audit trail for regulatory compliance.

OmniHero charges a flat monthly fee for the platform (or free on the Starter plan). Email sending costs go directly to AWS for your SES usage — typically $0.10 per 1,000 emails. There are no per-contact fees or hidden charges.

Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
